ANNUAL THAI MILITARY RESHUFFLE
New Royal Thai Armed Forces Chiefs and Permanent Secretary for Defence as appointed
NEWS UPDATE: Thailand’s annual military reshuffle has now received Royal approval. This year will see changes for a total of 798 moves covering various positions in the three Armed Forces, along with Royal Thai Armed Forces Headquarters and the office for Permanent Secretary of Defence.
The new military appointments include new Permanent Secretary for Defence, Chief of Defence Forces, Commander in Chief of Army and Commander in Chief of Air Force. All and other high-ranking militaries will take office on October 1st, 2016.
