The Ministry of Energy revealed that the investment in "New S-curve" will also focus on environmental stewardship, especially tackling the problem of climate change. Thailand emits 350 million tons of greenhouse gases per year. As the electric vehicle (EV) industry uses clean energy, in response, the government has been providing support measures to the EV industry by creating an EV ecosystem such as a charging stations, energy storage equipment as well as promoting the production of clean energy such as solar and wind energy.
